This policy explains how Everlast Improvements LLC, doing business as Metal Roof NC (“Metal Roof NC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) asks for, moderates and displays customer reviews. Everlast Improvements LLC is responsible for every review shown on this website.

Whose reviews we show

We publish only reviews of Metal Roof NC’s own work and service. We do not show reviews of other dealers, installers or companies, including other sellers of the same products.

How we ask for reviews

We may invite homeowners who contacted us, received an estimate, or had work done by us to share feedback by email, text or on third-party review platforms. We invite customers whether or not we expect the feedback to be positive.

Authenticity

We do not write, buy or publish fake reviews. We do not offer anything in exchange for a review that is conditioned on the review being positive or negative. Reviews from our owners, employees or their relatives, if any, are clearly identified.

Moderation

We do not remove or hide reviews because they are negative. We may decline to publish, or may remove, content that is unlawful, harassing, obscene, discriminatory, clearly false, unrelated to our products or services, or that contains someone’s personal or confidential information, and we apply these standards the same way to positive and negative reviews. We may make minor edits only to remove personal information, never to change meaning.

Your permission

By sending a review to us directly, you give us permission to publish it on our website and in our marketing, identified by your first name, last initial and city. We ask before using a review you posted on a third-party platform. You may ask us to correct or remove your review at any time.
