This policy explains how Everlast Improvements LLC, doing business as Metal Roof NC (“Metal Roof NC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) communicates with you by phone, text message and email. Everlast Improvements LLC is the sender of every call, text and email described here. It works alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Program

Program name: Metal Roof NC. Texts are about your estimate request, appointments and your project. If you separately agree to receive marketing texts, we may also send occasional offers and updates about our services.

We send marketing calls or texts that use an autodialer, or an artificial or prerecorded voice, only to people who have given prior express written consent, which may be given electronically. Consent is not a condition of buying any property, goods or services, and you can request an estimate by calling us instead. Your consent applies only to Metal Roof NC and is not transferred to anyone else.

Opt-out and help

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE, and any other reasonable request to stop, including by phone or email.
  • After you opt out, we may send one text confirming it, with no marketing content. We then stop texting that number.

Your mobile information

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, text-messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Service providers that deliver our messages receive this information only to provide that service.

Do Not Call and calling hours

We keep an internal do-not-call list and follow the national and North Carolina Do Not Call rules. We do not make telephone solicitations (calls or texts) before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m., and our calls identify Metal Roof NC. We do not use an automatic dialing and recorded message player to make unsolicited calls.

Call recording

Calls to or from Metal Roof NC may be recorded or monitored for quality, training and record-keeping.
